Some form builders offer to export wordpress form submissions as an add-on, but for most it’s a regular feature. However, if you expect to get a fair few entries and leads through your WordPress forms you should make sure that you are able to export them from your WordPress dashboard to an xml or csv file. Those can easily be opened in Excel or any data processing tools.
You can usually filter form submissions by date or by a specific term to make sure you only export the submissions you really need. But you are also able to download all submission data for a form.
If you want to take it one step further, you will be looking for an Excel Export feature, which makes sure you get files that you can immediately send to someone else without the hassle of importing and chagning the csv into an xls.
Click the button below to find all Form Builder Plugins that have this feature. What’s more, you will see which ones will be free to use.
